After retiring from AT&T and Lucent Technologies with 27 years experience in
the areas of Administration, Personnel Management and Human Resources, Arlene
discovered the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Their curriculum is the only
school in the world teaching all the different dietary theories, from the
traditional to the modern, from the east to the west. At the Institute we
believe that good nutrition and good health are the greatest gifts we can
possibly give ourselves. Arlene has successfully incorporated the school’s
curriculum and her previous knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and anti-aging
strategies, along with her skills in career counseling and supervision.
By doing this, she has managed to carve out a new career in holistic health counseling
and is committed to working with young children and adolescents as well as mature clients.
Arlene has practiced a healthy lifestyle for many years and she can motivate you to successfully
reach your personal goals as well. She will share her lifestyle program, how she manages to
look and feel 15-20 years younger than her actual age, and how she has the energy for 2-3 strenuous
exercise classes six days a week at her gym. She recognized many years ago that the food she ate
played an essential role in maintaining a healthy body, healthy thoughts and a healthy lifestyle.
As a patient for six years at the Giampapa Institute for Anti-Aging. Arlene has learned many
strategies for maintaining a youthful, healthy body, including diet, exercise, and nutritional
supplements.
She believes you have to get old, not be old and can continue to look, feel,
and have the stamina of someone many years younger than your biological age, even with
life’s major stress factors. She is an inspirational lifestyle counselor.
Arlene also appeared on an ABC Special with Dr. Nancy Synderman and Dr. Giampapa
that aired in 2002 and was titled “Looking Younger, Living Longer”. She was
featured in Dr. Giampapa’s book, “The Anti-Aging Solution”.
